In-person In-person
Specializes in: Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorder, Behavioral Issues, Child or Adolescent,

Introduction

I help children express and process anxiety, grief/loss, depression, and life adjustments through the language they know best: play. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I work with toddlers and school-age children using play therapy--an attachment-aware, strengths-based approach that honors each child's unique way of understanding their world. I believe parents are the true experts on their child, so I work with families to create a supportive environment where healing and growth can happen both in my office and at home. I see clients for in-person sessions and am currently accepting new children and families. If your child is navigating stress or a difficult transition and struggling with big emotions, please reach out. I welcome the chance to meet with you and learn more about how I can help.
