Jenn uses the expressive arts therapies- art, play, and sandtray- offering individual and group therapy in person and online. She provides a safe, affirming, and age-appropriate space for nurturing, acceptance, and self-exploration to neurodivergent and queer individuals. She also values working alongside parents to better understand their neurodivergent and queer children through psychoeducation and parent support. She uses evidence-based and non-directive approaches to promote growth and confidence in individuals, helping to recognize existing coping skills and further develop emotional literacy. Jenn works best with individuals who are exploring their identity, craving a better understanding of themselves in their reality, value an authentic and compassionate therapeutic relationship, want to connect with like-minded neuro and queer kin, and caregivers/ parents who are eager to learn more about their child’s unique needs.
