Introduction

Welcome, I’m glad you’re here. I’m Jennifer Baker, a fully remote licensed marriage and family therapist and clinical supervisor based in Oklahoma with over 11 years of experience. I provide online therapy for adults, couples, and families across Oklahoma, creating a space where you can show up exactly as you are with no pressure to have it all figured out. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist-Supervisor (LMFT-S), I specialize in attachment-focused therapy, trauma, and nervous system work. I bring advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, and nervous system-informed approaches to my clinical practice. I work with individuals and couples navigating relational conflict, attachment patterns, trauma recovery, and life transitions. I take a somatic and body-centered approach, helping clients understand how their nervous systems shape their relationships and lived experience. I have experience working with therapist-clients and understand the unique dynamics of treating fellow clinicians. My work emphasizes authenticity, pacing, and creating safety within the therapeutic relationship. As a licensed supervisor, I provide clinical supervision and consultation to other mental health professionals. I have extensive experience in both private practice and community mental health settings, including work with veterans and military-connected families. I am based in Oklahoma and offer teletherapy to clients and supervisees throughout Oklahoma. *Currently not accepting new clients. Follow for future availability updates.
