Hi, I’m Jennifer! I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a passion for helping people feel more like themselves again. Before becoming a psychiatric provider, I spent seven years as a registered nurse specializing in intensive care. While I loved caring for patients during some of their most vulnerable moments, I always felt a strong connection to mental health and the ways our emotional and physical well-being are deeply intertwined. It’s true what they say—the mind and body overlap, and sometimes caring for one means caring for both. I believe mental health care should feel comfortable, collaborative, and judgment-free. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your journey. I have a special practice in women's mental health, including perimenopause, PMDD, anxiety, and depression, and I enjoy helping women navigate the changes that can affect both their minds and bodies throughout different stages of life. I have been practicing as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner for over a year, and through my practice at Sol Psychiatric Care, I provide compassionate, personalized telehealth care from the comfort of your own home. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling unlike yourself, navigating hormonal changes, or simply know that something needs to change, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm here to listen, help you understand what's happening, and work with you toward feeling better.
