Opening yourself up to someone new takes trust and courage. Using a warm and encouraging approach, I walk with you through your experience, providing support and guidance. My goal is to help you create a foundation that helps you feel rooted in your skills, creating awareness, acceptance, and the resilience to face your struggles and regain balance in your life. As a therapist utilizing an integrative approach, I aim to provide you with a personalized therapeutic experience that addresses your unique needs and challenges. We will leverage the strengths of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to foster healing and personal growth.
