Jennifer became a clinician because she wanted to make a meaningful difference in people’s lives and help them move toward healing and resilience. What she finds most fulfilling is watching clients gain insight into themselves, recognize patterns, and begin making meaningful changes that help them reconnect with the person they want to be. Jennifer works with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, grief and loss, and relationship concerns. She also enjoys working with couples. Her approach is highly relational and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, attachment-based perspectives, and parts-oriented work. Her style is client-centered, collaborative, and nonjudgmental. Jennifer prioritizes creating a space where clients feel comfortable being honest about what they are experiencing while also gently challenging beliefs or patterns that may be keeping them stuck. She helps clients understand the “why” behind their struggles—not just manage symptoms—so they can develop greater insight, accountability, and lasting change.
