Introduction

Hi, I’m Jennifer — Your Professional "Life-Untangler" Let’s be honest: taking the first step toward therapy can feel a bit like showing up to a party where you don’t know anyone and you’re pretty sure you’re underdressed. I’m here to tell you: Come as you are. Whether you’re currently holding it all together with caffeine and sheer willpower, or you’re ready to finally unpack that "baggage" you’ve been dragging around since 2014, I’ve got you. The "Official" Stuff I have a master's in Behavioral Health Psychology from Carroll University, which basically means I’ve spent a lot of time studying the "why" behind the "what." I’ve spent 4 years helping people navigate the messy, non-linear, and occasionally ridiculous parts of being human. I specialize in helping people who are: Expert over-thinkers (I see you). High-achievers who are secretly running on fumes. Anyone navigating the chaos of modern relationships. My Therapy Philosophy I’m not the kind of therapist who just nods and asks, "And how does that make you feel?" for 50 minutes. We’re going to get to the root of things, find some tools that actually work in the real world, and maybe even laugh a little along the way. Progress is the goal; perfection is a myth we’re going to debunk together. The Logistics (The "No-Headache" Zone) I’m a big believer that the hardest part of therapy should be the self-reflection, not the paperwork. Through Thrizer: For my out-of-network folks, I try to be sure you get every cent of those benefits back without you having to fight a robot on the phone. Want to know if we’ll click? I’m a fan of overpriced lattes and dogs and cats. If you’re looking for a therapist who is grounded, direct, and doesn’t use "clinical-speak" to describe your life, reach out. Let’s get to work.
