I help queer-identified adults (18+) who feel misunderstood, disconnected, or unsure of who they are due to historic relational trauma and the ongoing stress of navigating their gender or sexual identity. Many of my clients experience anxiety, self-doubt, masking, and fear of rejection or abandonment, often while trying to manage the pressures of daily life and community belonging. Using gender-affirming, queer-affirming, and trauma-informed therapy grounded in WPATH-informed practice, I provide a safe space where clients do not have to over-explain their experiences. Together, we explore how past relationships and life experiences have shaped their sense of self, and how to differentiate between what has happened to them and who they truly are. Through this work, clients develop greater self-understanding, emotional safety, and self-acceptance, allowing them to move toward a more authentic life with clarity, confidence, and supportive connections.
