I work with teens, young adults, adults, and couples who are navigating a wide range of life challenges and emotional pain. Many of my clients come to counseling carrying wounds from their past, struggling in relationships, feeling overwhelmed by anxiety or depression, wrestling with anger, or trying to process unresolved trauma. Sometimes they simply feel stuck and want support as they figure out how to move forward in a healthier and more hopeful way. My hope is that when you walk into my office, you feel truly seen, heard, and known. I believe every person has value and a story worth caring about. My approach is primarily person-centered, which means I believe you are the expert on your own life. Together, we work collaboratively to explore what matters most to you and move at a pace that feels comfortable and supportive. I strive to come alongside my clients with authenticity, compassion, and practical tools to help you understand you. Counseling is not about “fixing” you, but about creating a safe space where healing, growth, and understanding can happen. I strive to come alongside my clients with authenticity, compassion, and practical tools that help them better understand themselves, strengthen relationships, process pain, and move toward lasting healing and hope.
