Introduction

Jennifer is a Licensed Master Social Worker who works with individuals and teens, specializing in trauma, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), grief, estrangement, and addiction. She brings a compassionate, thoughtful, and empathetic presence to her work and understands the profound impact that painful experiences can have on emotional well-being and relationships. Jennifer strives to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and comfortable being themselves. Jennifer’s therapeutic style is trauma-informed and person-centered. She incorporates evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Narrative Therapy, tailoring her work to each client’s unique needs and goals. She recognizes the complex connections between trauma, emotional suffering, and addiction and supports clients in exploring their experiences while developing meaningful ways to cope and move forward. Jennifer believes that healing begins with empathy, connection, and respect for each person’s story. She values the trust clients place in her and considers it a privilege to walk alongside them through life’s challenges. Her goal is to help clients reclaim their voices, build on their strengths, and find renewed hope as they work toward healing, stronger relationships, and lasting recovery.
