Introduction

I founded Evolve Behavioral Health to serve a specific demographic: The High-Achiever. I specialize in the "High-Achieving Mind" because I know the terrain. I understand the specific suffering of the professional who tries to "outwork" anxiety, perfectionism, and/or OCD. I also understand the unique grief of fertility struggles and IVF. This is often the intersection of high-performance and biology and you can no longer simply optimize, track, and execute your way to success. My practice focuses on two distinct tracks: 1. The High-Performance Track (Executives & Students): For those dealing with anxiety, OCD, burnout, and/or depression. 2. The Parenthood & Fertility Track: We offer specialized care in perinatal mental health with a specific focus on new parents and infertility. For those trying to expand their family, in the trenches of postpartum, and/or navigating the challenges of IVF. My practice is fully virtual and based in the North Shore of Chicago.
