I take a holistic approach and use trauma-informed care, blending techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), art therapy, mindfulness, strength-based approaches, and solution-focused strategies. My Christian faith is a meaningful part of my life, and I’m happy to incorporate it into therapy when appropriate.
