At The SHIFT Mental Wellness, PLLC, I partner with high-achieving African American/Black women to transform a life narrative of frustration and dissatisfaction to one of confidence, stability and joy. My mission is to empower women to reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit and provide a space of freedom to transform, heal, grow and cultivate harmony and abundance to thrive. I am driven by total wellness and deliver transformational and culturally affirmation therapy to manage issues such as anxiety, depression, imposter syndrome, stress, and trauma.
