Introduction

Jennifer has worked in community mental health for the last 8 years, gaining a diverse experience to support anxiety and trauma from all walks of life. Jennifer utilizes an integrative approach in treatment modalities, blending evidence-based techniques to meet each client’s unique need. As many co-occurring symptoms occur with anxiety and trauma, Jennifer also works with depression and OCD. Jennifer uses a blend of ERP and I-CBT in OCD treatment. Jennifer is trained in EMDR and supports clients in processing trauma and resolving distressing memories. She has experience working with complex trauma, developmental trauma, dissociation, attachment, & parts work (ego states). Jennifer sees adolescents and adults at this time.
