Introduction

I'm a licensed Clinical Psychologist with deep roots in both clinical practice and community leadership. For over a decade, I've worked across diverse settings—from higher education and community mental health to private practice—supporting individuals, couples, and families through life's most challenging moments. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship strain, major transitions, or something else entirely, I bring both clinical expertise and genuine care to our work together. Psychotherapy is an act of liberation - The way we interact with the world today is often shaped by old, protective patterns that no longer serve us. When you feel stuck, we work together to understand the root of those feelings and intentionally create new ways forward. My approach is integrative, pulling from the warmth of humanistic therapy, the structure of CBT and the grounding of mindfulness. In a safe, nonjudgmental, and culturally sensitive space, we will explore the areas of your life that matter most, leading to powerful, sustainable shifts in how you relate to yourself and others.
