I provide counseling in South Austin for individuals navigating life transitions, emotional overwhelm, identity concerns, and periods of feeling stuck or uncertain. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Religion from Centre College in Danville, Kentucky. I also bring over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, supporting individuals through personal development, workplace challenges, and significant life transitions. My professional and personal experiences have shaped a deep compassion for people who feel overwhelmed, unseen, or uncertain about how to move forward in life.
