I became a therapist because I believe in the transformative power that exists in each one of us. Sometimes we need a little help to tap into it - I know I did! I am honored to hear people's stories and travel alongside them on the journey of life. I hold a master's degree in Military and Emergency Responder Psychology from CSU-Global. I have a special place in my heart for our first responder and military members in our communities, as well as their families. I am a certified psychedelic assisted therapist through the Integrative Psychiatry Institute and am trained to work with ketamine and psilocybin. I have called the Yampa Valley home for more than a decade. In my free time I enjoy playing music, creating art, getting outside, scuba diving, and enjoying my family.
