Introduction

Therapy is a powerful way of changing unhelpful patterns in our life and engaging in the process can help ease the dilemma of feeling stuck. In my work with clients I practice from a humanistic approach to understanding the person seeking treatment. My aim is to create connection through understanding and safety within the parameters of a secure therapeutic relationship to help stabilize crisis and facilitate emotional growth. I work with teens and adults, at different stages of development to help gain skills and insight into how internal conflicts may be playing out in life and relationships. In my work with adults I specialize in family of origin issues, attachment trauma, PTSD, phase of life problems, relationships struggles, and personality disorders. Training: After earning my Masters at University of Houston, I completed my post-graduate training as a Menninger Fellow where I accepted a faculty position on the adult unit. I am currently seeing patients and facilitating groups on an outpatient basis. Please see my website for additional information. www.insighttherapy.org Offering: Individual Sessions, Parent Help, Mindfulness Meditation, Psychedelic Integration Sessions
