My approach is person-centered, collaborative, and rooted in the therapeutic relationship. I bring a level of enthusiasm well-befitting a “neurospicy” professional and believe different brains need different paths to learn and heal. I aim to foster resilience and growth through authenticity, bolstering clients to build deep, meaningful relationships. I offer sessions in-office, outdoors, and virtually for ages 7+, integrating EMDR, mindfulness, cognitive restructuring, behavioral activation, acceptance and commitment, and experiential psychoeducation—through walk-and-talk, art, somatic awareness, narrative reframing, and parts work. I’m a neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, National Certified Counselor, and Qualified Professional in Outdoor Behavioral Healthcare, with fifteen years of experience supporting clients through life’s biggest pivots—identity exploration, relationship shifts, grief, spiritual or cultural challenges, career transitions, and meaning making. I’m passionate about supporting helping professionals facing burnout and vicarious trauma, knowing their wellbeing directly impacts those they serve. I strive to cultivate brave space in sessions and communities where diversity is affirmed and can thrive with ongoing humility, reflection, accountability, and advocacy.
