Hi! I'm Jennifer Grant, a Nationally Board Certified Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, and a Board Certified National TeleMental Health Provider. I provide a warm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental space where individuals can feel supported, understood, and empowered to grow and heal. I work with adolescents, emerging adults, adults, and older adults navigating anxiety, panic attacks, social anxiety, life transitions, grief, and trauma, including PTSD. I am also passionate about supporting individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive symptoms (OCD) and disordered eating. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, recognizing that each person's experiences, challenges, and goals are unique. Together, we work to build insight, develop effective coping strategies, navigate life's challenges, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, processing a difficult life experience, coping with loss, or feeling overwhelmed by life's transitions, you don't have to navigate it alone. I strive to create a safe and supportive therapeutic relationship where you can show up as you are, explore what matters most, and move toward a healthier, more fulfilling life. THERAPEUTIC APPROACH My therapeutic approach is integrative, collaborative, and tailored to each individual's unique needs, experiences, and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-informed therapeutic approaches and may incorporate creative interventions, such as art and mindfulness, to support emotional expression, self-awareness, and healing. I believe meaningful growth and lasting change happen within a safe, supportive, and trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create an environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey. Together, we explore challenges, identify strengths, and develop personalized coping strategies to navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, and life's stressors. Therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. I work collaboratively with each client to discover tools and techniques that feel authentic, practical, and sustainable, so they can build confidence, strengthen resilience, and feel better equipped to manage future challenges. WHAT TO EXPECT FROM OUR SESSIONS Therapy begins with meeting you where you are. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized, with an emphasis on understanding your unique experiences, personal goals, and hopes for the future. Together, we explore how past experiences may influence current thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while building greater self-awareness, emotional understanding, and self-compassion.
