I offer psychotherapy for adults and adolescents in my private-pay practice in Austin. My work is primarily psychodynamic and insight-oriented, meaning that while we address the difficulties bringing you to therapy, we also explore the deeper emotional patterns and relational experiences that shape your life. Many people seek therapy when they notice themselves feeling stuck in familiar patterns—whether in relationships, work, or their sense of self. Others come with anxiety, OCD, or a persistent sense of self-criticism. Therapy can provide a space to think more carefully about these experiences and develop a deeper understanding of the forces that influence them. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity about each person’s inner world. Together we work to understand the meanings behind thoughts, feelings, and behaviors so that change can occur in a way that feels genuine and lasting. I maintain a limited number of sliding scale openings when possible.
