I am a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern who is passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and judgment. Space for client feel genuinely heard and understood. My journey into the fields of therapy began with a desire to better understand the relationships, experiences, and emotions that shape who we are and how to navigate life. Through my training and clinical experience, I've developed a particular interest in working with adolescents, young adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, and emotional difficulties. I often incorporated emotionally focused therapy and other evidence-based approaches to help clients better understanding themselves, strengthen the relationships, and develop healthier ways of coping. My work is not simply to help clients through a difficult season but to help them feel empowered, build meaningful connections, in developed tools they can carry with them long after therapy ends. I believe meaningful change begins someone feel safe enough to be honest, supported enough to explore, empowered enough to recognize that their story can change
