At Calm Haven Mental Health, we believe healing begins in a space of safety and understanding. Life’s challenges—whether rooted in trauma, loss, or change—can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself. Our goal is to help you find your way back to calm, confidence, and inner balance. We provide trauma-informed therapy for children, teens, and adults in Round Rock, Cedar Park, and across Texas, both in-person and through secure telehealth. Using approaches like EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), TF-CBT, CPT, and Brainspotting, we help the brain process and release stored emotional distress at its source. Every session is personalized, collaborative, and paced around your comfort. Whether you’re healing from trauma, managing anxiety, or coping with grief, you’ll find support that’s centered on your story and your growth. I use a client-centered approach to therapy, working with my clients to figure out what kind of treatment works best for them. I use a variety of treatment techniques, such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, Brainspotting, TF-CBT, CPT, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy to assist clients in gaining skills that they can use throughout their lives. Our mission is to offer a safe, grounded space where healing feels possible. Through trauma-informed care and advanced modalities like EMDR and Brainspotting, we help clients process pain, regulate emotions, and reconnect with their natural resilience. At Calm Haven, therapy is not about fixing—it’s about understanding, acceptance, and forward movement. We’re here to help you find calm in the present and hope for what’s ahead. We envision a world where mental health is approached with compassion, curiosity, and courage. At Calm Haven Mental Health, we strive to make therapy approachable, holistic, and empowering—offering spaces where clients can safely explore their inner experiences and build lifelong emotional wellness. Our vision extends beyond individual sessions: we aim to strengthen our Central Texas community by normalizing mental health care and expanding access to trauma-specialized therapy throughout the state.
