I'm Jenn, and I offer my clients an energetic, creative, and non-judgmental space to explore and support their mental health. I like to use sound, rhythm, creative writing, visual arts, and leisure crafting alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques to help my clients feel less anxious, stuck, and frustrated. I specialize in mental health issues related to work stress, burnout, school stress, anxiety, living with ADHD, energy, mood management for chronic illness, perimenopause/menopause, and other difficult life transitions. I’m a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University and The University of Alabama at Birmingham. I became a mental health therapist later in life after raising 5 children and doing over 10 years of special education and mental health advocacy work related to my children’s disabilities.
