Introduction

I work with teenagers and adults, and I offer help with navigating stressful and traumatic life circumstances. I received a Masters in Counseling from B.H. Carroll Theological Institute in 2023, and I went to the University of South Florida for my undergraduate degree. My approach to counseling helps in overcoming difficulties that impair life functioning and works to aid clients heal and enrich their lives. With a CBT and Person-Centered Theory foundation, I introduce specific components of others therapies as needed.
