I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) committed to meeting people where they are—both literally and figuratively. As a rural clinician, I understand that accessing mental health care can come with unique challenges. I’ve built my practice around reducing those barriers by offering flexible scheduling, telehealth and in-person sessions, and multiple payment options, including insurance and private pay. I work with individuals across the lifespan, from infants through older adults, and have extensive experience supporting individuals and families navigating complex mental health, developmental, behavioral, and life challenges. I also have extensive training and experience working with military-connected individuals and families, including active-duty service members, veterans, inactive or separated service members, and their families. I understand that military life can bring unique experiences and challenges, including deployment, reintegration, family transitions, relationship stress, trauma, changes in identity, and adjusting to life during and after service. My approach is client-driven, non-judgmental, and solution-focused. I believe therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and treatment should be tailored to the individual rather than forcing someone into a predetermined approach. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), attachment-based approaches, behavioral strategies, and coaching techniques to help clients develop practical skills and create meaningful change
