If you’re feeling stuck—caught in cycles of anxiety, overwhelm, self-doubt, or emotional pain—you’re not alone. Whether you’re navigating grief, relationship challenges, trauma, or a quiet sense that something in your life isn’t working anymore, that discomfort can be an invitation for change. I work with adults and couples (18+) who are ready to better understand themselves and others, strengthen their relationships, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve done this work before, I will meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to create a space that feels collaborative, compassionate, and supportive—one that is thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, goals, and pace. Together, we’ll explore your past, present, and future with curiosity and care, making sense of patterns, building insight, and developing tools that genuinely fit your life. My approach is humanistic, trauma-informed, and grounded in all branches of science. I integrate perspectives such as Psychodynamic theory, Internal Family Systems, Existentialism, Polyvagal Theory, and Brainspotting to support deep, sustainable change. As a military veteran, former art teacher, and proudly neurodivergent human, I bring both professional training and lived experience into this work. I view each client as the expert of their own life, and believe that when people are supported, respected, and trusted to follow their inner compass, meaningful transformation is attainable.
