Introduction

If you're experiencing grief and loss, difficulty with motivation or focus, relationship challenges, or a quiet sense that something in your life isn’t working anymore, I'd love to help. I work with adults providing individual and couples therapy to those wanting to learn how to better navigate anxiety, ADHD, burnout, depression, relationship challenges, identity development, personal growth, parenting, and much more. Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’ve done this work before, I'll meet you exactly where you are. My goal is to help you achieve your goals. Your sessions will be thoughtfully tailored to what works for you. Together, we’ll explore your past, present, and future with curiosity, compassion, and care; making sense of current patterns, building insight, and developing tools to help you move forward differently. My approach is collaborative, integrative, and trauma-informed, drawing from evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, Gottman Method, Internal Family Systems, Psychodynamic Therapy, and much more.
