Hi, my name is Jennifer, and I am a Behavioral Health Therapist who works with adults who feel stuck in cycles of anxiety, OCD, or overwhelming self-doubt. Many clients come to therapy feeling trapped by their thoughts, spending endless energy analyzing decisions, or avoiding situations out of fear. Over time, this can make life feel smaller and less fulfilling. Therapy with me offers a space to understand these patterns and begin creating meaningful change. I approach therapy as a collaborative partnership. You bring insight into your inner world, and I bring evidence-based tools and clinical experience. Together, we develop an individualized plan using approaches such as CBT, ERP, ACT, and other modalities to help you face fears, reduce compulsions or avoidance, and move toward the life you want. Our work is guided by your goals and paced in a way that feels supportive and achievable. Starting therapy can feel like a leap, and I am committed to honoring the trust that takes. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, respected, and accepted. I work with adults 18+ and focus on concerns including OCD, anxiety disorders, BFRBs, depression, and trauma. With specialized training in OCD and anxiety treatment and years of clinical experience, I am on your team as you build lasting change.
