Specializing in nature-based therapies in all seasons, I apply an approach to therapy that integrates walking while talking about issues and problem solving with clients. This Walk and Talk practice helps assimilate physical movement in nature towards psychological movement and insight. For many clients, a dynamic therapeutic environment helps provide greater ease in discussing their feelings and concerns. Additionally, as a Registered Horticultural Therapist and life-long gardener I often augment my indoor, clinic practice with plant-based interventions. I am currently accepting new clients and am licensed in both MN and WI.
