Introduction

Update: I currently have VIRTUAL appointments available, with openings typically within a week. Reach out via email or text my confidential line (919) 770-1860 for an appointment request link! I believe that everyone is unique and has their own distinctive journey. You can expect treatment with me to be person-centered and non-judgmental. I feel treating the person as a whole is important and look at all aspects of life and how they intermingle. I work form a biopsychosocial perspective and pull from multiple modalities of treatment to utilize a therapeutic approach tailored specifically for each client and their unique needs. I have over 17 years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan through a wide range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and trauma. I am committed to providing affirming care for the LGBTQIA+ community. I also have extensive experience working with male clients and their experiences with stress, emotions, and life transitions. I specialize in working with individuals navigating significant life transitions, offering a grounded, supportive space to explore identity, relationships, and personal growth. I am passionate about the work I do and dedicated to helping each person move toward greater clarity, resilience, and well‑being. I look forward to taking this journey with you!
