I'm Jennifer, a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a focus on children, adolescents, and their families. Seeking mental health care can feel overwhelming, and finding the right provider shouldn't add to that stress. At Psych Nouveau, I believe every patient deserves to feel heard, understood, and involved in their treatment. My approach combines evidence-based psychiatric care with compassionate, individualized attention for children, adolescents, and adults. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, behavioral concerns, and other mental health conditions. I work collaboratively with patients and families to develop treatment plans that are both effective and practical, taking the time to understand each person's unique strengths, challenges, and goals. I am also a certified ADHD Coach. Whether you are seeking support for yourself or your child, you can expect a welcoming environment where questions are encouraged, concerns are addressed, and you will never feel rushed. My goal is to help patients and families gain clarity, build confidence, and move forward with the tools they need to thrive. I offer in-person appointments for new patients, and telehealth is available for established clients. I look forward to partnering with you on your mental health journey.
