I became a therapist out of a deep interest in relationships and the ways people learn to connect, protect themselves, and repair over time, both with others and within themselves. My work supports individuals, couples, and families navigating anxiety, depression, high-functioning stress, and relational patterns that feel difficult to break. Many of the people I work with are capable and outwardly successful, but they often feel overwhelmed, emotionally disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface. My approach focuses on helping clients slow down, feel understood, and develop healthier ways of responding to internal and relational stressors. Through thoughtful, relationship-focused therapy, I aim to help clients create meaningful, sustainable change, improving emotional well-being, strengthening relationships, and fostering a greater sense of clarity and connection in their lives.
