Introduction

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor who is HAES (Health at Every Size) aligned, providing online therapy to those residing in Florida, New Jersey, New York, and Ohio. I believe that therapy is an exploratory place to look at the past and present that informs how to move forward in life. Therapy offers a space to discover needs and wants in life, along with further understanding who you really are. I provide talk therapy, working with clients who want to improve their quality of life in anxiety, depression, trauma, recovery from substance use or eating disorders, etc. I use interventions including cognitive and behavioral therapies, intuitive eating, and motivational interviewing. Together we will develop coping skills for your daily life. It's important that you feel safe, not judged, and that privacy is respected. I provide this baseline, in addition to the compassion of how difficult initiating change is. Let's work together to help you move from feeling overwhelmed to empowered.
