Introduction

My heart's work is providing tailored, effective, and competent care for the unique needs of First Responders, Public Safety, Military servicemembers, Veterans, healthcare professionals, their loved ones, and retirees. My treatment philosophy is you are human first. My folks are ready to better understand injuries, recover, and press on towards feeling reconnected and more like themselves. My ties to the community help folks feel at ease, deeply understood, and welcome. From the VA healthcare system, to private practice, to helping create an in-house program for one of Virginia's largest counties, my professional and personal experience and ties to the community help folks feel at ease, deeply understood, and welcome. Trust is sacrosanct for the line of sight needed for the therapeutic relationship. I see this like a good teammate or shift partner so we can work together to make progress. I use evidence based practices to help you repair from injuries whether from the job, the organization, personal life, or where they all come together. From injured D1 athlete, to 911 emergency communications, creating a peer team, being part of a multigenerational military and public safety family, and career fire service spouse, I know firsthand injury can show up anywhere along the way. You deserve someone competent who gets it with experience from multiple perspectives to work with you side by side.
