Introduction

Whether you’re a child, teen or adult who’s tired of dealing with constant worry, low mood, intense emotions or navigating life's stressors alone, I will meet with compassion and authenticity. I aim to help you move through past trauma, difficult emotions, and life's harder chapters using genuine human connection, and evidence-based approaches. You don't have to have it all figured out to reach out — my role is to meet you exactly where you are and build a trusting, collaborative relationship from there. Together, we'll work on identifying and shifting unhelpful thought patterns, building tools to manage difficult emotions, and reconnecting with what truly matters to you — so you can move from surviving to living in a way that feels more like you. With younger clients, I use child-centered play therapy, because kids often heal best through play. I know that reaching out for support takes courage. My goal is to make every session feel safe, respectful, and human. If you're ready to take that step, reach out to Emerge Healing Center to schedule.
