Introduction

My practice is grounded in strength-based and person-centered techniques, drawing from the models of DBT, MI, CBT, ART and EMDR. I tailor interventions to your unique goals, fostering hope and empowerment even during difficult adjustments. In addition to traditional therapeutic approaches, I integrate the healing practices of yoga, mindfulness, and meditation. I use many techniques to treat dis-ease clients face. The therapeutic alliance is a central catalyst for change. I work to empower individuals who find themselves facing difficult adjustments and who are looking for ways to express their authentic selves. I invite you to look at yourself through a new lens. Many clients come to therapy wanting both understanding and forward movement. Sessions move at your pace while also gently challenging patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together we focus on building clarity, resilience, and practical strategies that support lasting change. I frequently work with clients who are: • managing anxiety or depression • strengthening recovery from alcohol or substance use • exploring attachment and relationship dynamics • navigating perimenopause or identity transitions • adjusting to divorce, parenting changes, or career shifts • therapists seeking therapy that meets them professionally and personally Therapy can be a place to step back, see yourself more clearly, and move toward the life you want with intention and support. Self-pay clients welcome. Limited openings available.
