Many people are strong and capable on the outside but feel stuck in anxious or painful relational patterns. I offer trauma-informed, nervous system–focused therapy to help you understand your patterns and move past those that no longer serve you. I integrate attachment-based, somatic, and skills-focused approaches, supporting relational trauma, anxiety, depression, and emotional dysregulation. Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and empowering, helping you feel more connected, confident, and at ease in your relationships. I am currently completing advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), an evidence-based approach for trauma and distressing life experiences. Under ongoing consultation as part of my training, I may incorporate EMDR techniques when clinically appropriate and aligned with your treatment goals. Accepting telehealth clients July 7.
