I’ve dedicated my professional life to helping humans experiencing trauma, relational difficulties, anxiety, and depression. I have a special interest in helping folks heal from intergenerational and attachment wounding—particularly from narcissistic abuse and gaslighting, in which I have specialized training and which I approach with a combination of EMDR Therapy, Internal Family Systems (“parts work”), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I have a deep and abiding interest in healthy human sexuality and in helping people to live with more ease inside their bodies. And if people have spiritual beliefs and practices, I have found it beneficial to help them find ways of incorporating those into their therapeutic work. Likewise, I have helped people find ways of recovering from spiritually toxic experiences. I'm committed to growing nonjudgmental connections with individuals as they seek to move toward change. It can be a relief to rely on a human who is dedicated to seeing you, who can support you by reflecting your experience with fresh perspective and by offering strategies to navigate the dynamic processes of life. Witnessing people find internal peace that they never expected they could—these experiences are the most thrilling and humbling I have ever had.
