Introduction

You may look like you’re doing fine on the outside — working, parenting, functioning — but inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed, emotionally reactive, or stuck in patterns you don’t fully understand. Many of my clients are insightful, capable people who are tired of “holding it together” while struggling internally with anxiety, relationship insecurity, trauma responses, or emotional exhaustion. Therapy doesn’t mean something is wrong with you. It means your nervous system has been carrying too much for too long. Who I Help I work with adults and couples who are experiencing: Chronic anxiety or overthinking Emotional overwhelm or burnout Relationship insecurity or fear of abandonment Betrayal trauma or loss of trust Difficulty regulating emotions Repeated relationship patterns that feel hard to break Many clients come to therapy feeling confused by their reactions — knowing logically what they “should” do, yet unable to feel calm or safe emotionally. My Approach My work is trauma-informed, structured, and compassionate. Rather than focusing only on symptoms, we work to understand why your reactions developed and how to change them safely — without shame or self-blame. Together, we focus on: Stabilizing anxiety and emotional overwhelm Understanding trauma and attachment patterns Strengthening emotional regulation skills Improving communication and relationship safety Creating lasting change, not temporary coping Sessions are collaborative, supportive, and paced according to your needs. What Therapy With Me Is Like Clients often describe therapy as: Grounding Insightful Emotionally safe Structured without being rigid Supportive but honest You don’t need to have the “right words.” You don’t need to explain why something feels hard. We figure it out together.
