Introduction

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Virginia who works with women navigating anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, grief, trauma, and life transitions from young adulthood through midlife. I help women who feel stuck in patterns—whether in their thoughts, emotions, or relationships—gain a deeper understanding of what’s keeping them there and how to create meaningful change. My approach is collaborative, thoughtful, and grounded in both insight and practical strategies. I integrate person-centered therapy with evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and narrative therapy. I believe in meeting you where you are, creating a space that feels supportive, non-judgmental, and real, while helping you strengthen emotional regulation, build self-confidence, and develop healthier patterns that support lasting growth. It is an honor to walk alongside women as they gain clarity, discover their strengths, and move forward with greater confidence, intention, and connection. If you’re considering therapy, I welcome the opportunity to connect and explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
