I provide integrative, evidence-based therapy to support adults and teens navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions with greater clarity and self-compassion. My work is grounded in a trauma-informed, whole-person approach that recognizes the importance of the nervous system in mental, physical and emotional well-being. I help clients identify and shift patterns that contribute to distress, develop practical tools for emotional and nervous system regulation, and build a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Therapy is collaborative and tailored to each person, drawing from CBT, art therapy, somatic approaches, and mindfulness-based practices. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with a meditation and yoga practice for over 25 years. This background allows me to bring mind-body awareness into therapy in a grounded, clinically appropriate way, supporting meaningful and sustainable change.
