Introduction

I work with adolescent and adult clients seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, major life changes, vocational concerns, and much more. I provide a confidential, and non-judgmental space for people to process, reflect, and learn new strategies to help them achieve their counseling goals. One of my specialties is working with adolescents. I spent 18 years in public education, serving all grade levels. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the school system and the unique challenges and experiences adolescents may encounter. My approach is client-centered and tailored to your needs, drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Reality Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). I provide a safe, ethical, and nonjudgmental space for growth. I truly believe that each counseling session is meant to be a space for growth, reflection, and renewal.
