Introduction

Sometimes talk therapy alone isn't enough to create the relief or lasting change you're seeking. With over 15 years of experience as a clinician, I work with adults experiencing anxiety/depression, daily overwhelm, life transitions, and the impact of trauma; helping them move beyond symptom management toward deeper healing and self-understanding. In therapy, we pay attention not only to thoughts and emotions but also to how distress shows up in the body. By increasing awareness of these patterns, we can uncover underlying beliefs, access deeper insights, and process stuck emotional experiences in ways that support lasting change. I integrate evidence-based approaches including EMDR,CBT, mindfulness-based somatic practices and parts work; tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. I value authenticity and connection therapy, creating a safe space where meaningful change can unfold. This work is ideal for those ready to explore deeper levels of self-understanding. I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) and Ketamine-Assisted EMDR (KA-EMDR) for clients who may benefit from these innovative approaches. If you’re curious about whether these specific treatments might be a good fit, I welcome you to reach out to schedule a free 15-minute consultation.
