I am a licensed clinical social worker (LMSW) licensed in the State of Michigan. I offer therapy sessions in-person in Montrose and virtually (telehealth) throughout the state of Michigan. For in-person sessions, I offer nature-based therapy sessions on my farm in Montrose where the natural environment supports reflection, grounding, and emotional regulation. Sessions take place outdoors whenever possible, allowing clients to benefit from the calming presence of open space, fresh air, and living systems. Clients may choose to incorporate animals—such as horses, goats, sheep, pigs, and chickens—into their sessions in ways that feel supportive and meaningful to them. Interaction with animals is always optional and guided by the client’s comfort level. My approach is informal and client-centered, creating a relaxed and authentic space where clients can show up as they are.
