Therapy can be the place where you finally stop having to hold everything together on your own. Whether you are struggling in a relationship, carrying the effects of trauma, feeling overwhelmed by stress or burnout, or simply know that something in your life needs to change, you do not have to figure it out alone. I believe that our struggles make sense when we understand the experiences and relationships that shaped us. My approach is relational, compassionate, and strength-based. Together, we will explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, develop healthier ways of responding, and create space for the parts of you that may have been hurting, protecting, or simply trying to survive. I work with individuals, couples, and families experiencing relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, burnout, life transitions, emotional dysregulation, and challenges with connection. I draw from Relational Life Therapy (RLT), DBT, CBT, trauma-informed approaches, IFS-informed concepts, and other evidence-based practices based on your individual needs. My goal is not simply to help you manage symptoms. It is to help you understand yourself more deeply, strengthen your relationships, heal what has been wounded, and build a life that feels more connected, meaningful, and authentic.
