I’m a LMSW therapist at Aspire To Wellness Behavioral Health. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Adelphi University, following my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hofstra University. I bring extensive experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges and transitions. Throughout my career, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, and older adults across a variety of settings, including crisis intervention, mental health, substance use, and long-term care. My diverse background has strengthened my understanding of the many factors that influence emotional well-being, daily functioning, and overall quality of life. My therapeutic approach is person-centered, compassionate, and collaborative. I incorporate evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, to help clients recognize unhelpful thought patterns, develop effective coping strategies, and build confidence in navigating life’s challenges. I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, substance use concerns, and difficulties adjusting to changes in their lives. I believe that everyone deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change. I am committed to walking alongside you on your journey toward growth, healing, and improved emotional well-being.
