Life can feel overwhelming at times, whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship difficulties, women’s health, addiction, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of how to move forward. I believe therapy should be a place where you can speak openly, feel understood, and work toward meaningful change without judgment. I work with individuals and couples, and bring 10+ years of experience providing mental health services across a variety of therapeutic settings. My approach is collaborative, holistic, practical, and individualized. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), along with other therapeutic modalities, to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors and develop healthier ways of responding to life's challenges. When working with addiction concerns, I recognize that recovery does not look the same for everyone, and I support both harm-reduction and 12-step approaches. My goal is to meet you where you are, respect your individual choices, and help you identify a path forward that feels realistic and meaningful to you. When appropriate, I incorporate holistic approaches such as movement, yoga, and other mind-body practices. I believe emotional wellness can involve more than simply talking through problems; therapy can also help you reconnect with yourself, strengthen coping skills, build healthier relationships and bring balance to life.
