Introduction

The human experience is complicated. We all have thoughts, feelings, and experiences we struggle with—things we try to ignore, push away, or wish were different. Therapy can offer something different: a place to explore what's happening without judgment. The name This Too Counseling reflects my belief that meaningful change doesn't require rejecting what you're feeling or forcing yourself to be someone different. Sometimes, change begins when we stop fighting our experience and start getting curious about it. Together, we'll explore patterns that repeat over time, how earlier experiences shape the present, and what's happening in your life now. We'll approach this work with honesty, curiosity, and compassion. I offer therapy through telehealth, so we can meet by video from a space that feels comfortable to you. You can settle in at home, skip the commute, and make therapy part of your life without having to rearrange quite so much of your day.
