Introduction

I am a Strength-Based, Relational focused therapist. I draw from neurobiologically informed therapies and offer a variety of Cognitive, Somatic, and Energy Psychology interventions, such as: Brainspotting, EMDR, EFT, and TRE. These tools assist you in rewiring your nervous system, allowing you to develop healthier relationships to others and to yourself. Therapy is not a process for the faint of heart, it is a Hero's Journey that brave people take. Therapy with me is an honoring of that warrior spirit.
