I provide weekly therapy sessions where we work together to explore patterns of behavior, symptoms, relationships, and anything else that is important to you in your life – both past and present. Our sessions will give you the space to process your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. As we build self-awareness and insight, we’ll identify and apply therapeutic tools tailored to your needs. I use a variety of approaches, including mindful self-compassion, psychodynamic therapy, and CBT to create a space that allows you to heal and grow. I believe that some of the most powerful tools in life are self-awareness and self-understanding. Oftentimes, learning more about ourselves can help us practice more self-compassion rather than continuing to shame ourselves in a world that is already difficult. My clinical focus includes sleep disorders, such as narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia, as well as anxiety, depression, and codependency.
